Car Guide LLC provides professional automotive video production services for car dealerships, including but not limited to trim-level vehicle walkthrough videos, feature highlight videos, and related content. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate written agreement or quote accepted by both parties.

Our services are intended for businesses, including licensed car dealerships and automotive retailers. By using our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before production begins, as specified in your project agreement.
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed video files unless alternative terms are agreed upon in writing.
• Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before work begins.

Upon receipt of full payment, Car Guide LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered video content for your dealership's marketing and sales purposes, including but not limited to:

• Embedding on your dealership website and vehicle detail pages
• Display on showroom screens and sales tablets
• Posting to social media platforms
• Use in digital advertising campaigns

Car Guide LLC retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

You agree to:

• Provide timely access to vehicles, facilities, and any materials necessary for production.
• Ensure all vehicles presented for filming are legally owned or authorized for use in marketing materials.
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.
• Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or placing orders.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Approval of final deliverables constitutes acceptance, after which no further revisions are included.

• Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit, less any administrative fees incurred.
• Cancellations after production has begun will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work completed.
• Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

Any statistics, projections, or performance claims referenced on our website (including faster sales cycles, increased engagement, or deal close rates) are illustrative estimates based on general industry data and client feedback. Car Guide LLC makes no guarantee of specific results. Actual outcomes will vary based on dealership size, market conditions, inventory, and other factors outside our control.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Car Guide LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Guide LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Guide LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
